What the work involves
Our team helps with site demos, fixture design, line integration, software setup, preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs. That means you may spend time in the workshop one day and on a client floor the next. The work can involve lifting equipment, checking alignments, preparing samples and making sure systems are set up correctly.
We work with customers in Ekurhuleni and further afield, so you should be comfortable travelling when needed. In South Africa that also means being prepared for load-shedding, site access rules and the odd early start, especially when production windows are tight.

We value people who are reliable, easy to train and willing to take responsibility. Good communication is important because our clients often need clear updates before and after a visit. If you can stay calm on site and keep records properly, you will fit in well.

Training and growth on the job
We believe people learn best when they are shown how things work and then given real responsibility. New team members may shadow a senior technician, sit in on customer visits and learn how to handle machines, samples and training sessions step by step.
As you gain confidence, you may move into more technical work or take on more client contact. We often need people who can grow with the business, not just fill a seat for a season.
Where we work and who we support
Our base is in Jet Park, Boksburg, and we regularly support clients in Germiston, Kempton Park, Benoni, Alberton, Midrand and Pretoria. We also travel nationwide for demos, installs and service calls, so a role here may include road time and overnight trips depending on the project.
Because many of our clients operate in factories, packaging lines and manufacturing spaces, candidates should be comfortable working around industrial equipment and following site rules. Coastal humidity, dust and power interruptions can all affect equipment performance, so practical thinking matters.
